Introduction The Conservative Arts Building is four floors, one loft, and half a basement full of fun. Sorry, that was a joke. Seriously however no one has yet to persish as a result of fire from inside this building, a fact we are proud to be a part of.
Prof. F.D. Borsht, dean of the Conservative Arts Department, at the College of Perpendicular Logic is pleased to announce the first pencil annesty week. Anyone guilty of misappropriating pencils has one week in which to honestly return them. After this period pencil fines will double each day until the guilty party is expelled from the college or reported missing to the authorities.
History The Campus Facilities Augmentation Committee inspects the freshly installed Conservative Arts Building (above). This latest addition to the college's collection was bought in a historic-building-for-hard-currency exchange with a struggling Eastern European city, and transported by steamship and railroad to its home at the College. Every effort was made to preserve authenticity, right down to the native basement vermin. However, due to Customs regulations these all had to be preserved by a taxidermist, frozen in lifelike infestation mannerisms and distributed strategically behind and around machinery and stored items so as to produce authentic frightening of unsuspecting students and personnel.
